To support our mission, the Special Operator Transition Foundation holds a series of workshops in cities across the country to showcase the community, industries, employers available, and provide networking opportunities for those SOTF veterans looking to settle in those market locations. Our SOTF workshops have created opportunities for SOTF veterans to connect with organizations from startup firms to Fortune 100 companies.

Each SOTF Workshop provides local, national, or international organizations with operations in the area to participate and creates unique opportunity to engage with individuals that represent the top echelon of the US Armed Forces. Leaders who have been vetted and trained to perform at the highest level, under the most difficult and extreme circumstances and who are now ready to bring that level of experience to organizations like yours. It also helps our SOTF veterans connect with hiring partners and mentors from your organization.
